My first post will be of my absolute favourite homemade hamburger with foie gras & red onion confit, that I serve with parsnip chips, truffle mayo and fresh tarragon crème. The meat along with the foie gras, confit d’onion and truffle mayo simply just melts in your mouth!! Another tip for your bbq is to put a camembert cheese (just remove the lid and keep it in its wooden box) on the bbq and leave it for about 10 minutes. When it’s done, make a cross in the middle and dip with pain de campagne or baguette!
