The Lindbergs are here!

Finally my Swedish friends have arrived!! And to welcome them to the French Riviera, we started with an apéritif deluxe with Laurent Perrier Rosé Champagne, foie gras, comté and some crudités followed by a bbq also this deluxe.. -Shar sui marinated duck breast, lemon and thyme marinated chicken, thick bacon with chili and garlic glaze and porc chops with jerk rub. I served it with some fennel, asparagus and spring onion on the bbq. And last but not least, the bbq’d camembert.
