Grilled Gambas on a bed of avocado mash, tomato tartar and smoked chili mayo

I’m such a huge fan of avocado! I seriously eat at least one a day. I eat it on my sandwiches in the mornings, in a salad for lunch and often in guacamole and other cold sauces. I remember when I was in Rio, they ate their avocado with some sugar and often put it in the yoghurt in the mornings or in other sweet dishes, but I love my avocado savory.

It goes perfect together with Gambas, and along with some smoked chili mayo and tomato tartar with tomatoes from my friend’s garden that I got yesterday, it makes a great starter or even light lunch/dinner!
