Marché de la Condamine, Monaco
It’s been my last week onboard the yacht and I have to say that the best thing these past 3 weeks has been going to the market “de la Condamine” every morning. I always go to Annick and Bertrands fruit and vegetable stand since they have the absolute best produce! I love going really early in the mornings, around 6.30 when everything starts to open up. It’s really a wonderful atmosphere. And getting your morning coffee at one of the cafés around the market is a must!
I really love italian cuisine, and as you can see on the photos, that was the main influence of this previous week:
Baby burrata mozzarella with slow roasted vegetables and basil oil
Fresh pasta involtinis with spinach, ricotta and white truffle oil
Char grilled lobster tail with fleur de courgette tempura, tomato salsa and courgette tagliatelle
Tarte au citron with raspberry meringue
Vitello tonnato with potato and caper salad with violet baby artichokes and lemon oil
Mille feuille with char grilled baby vegetables, feta cheese crème and fresh thyme
Black ink pasta with fresh chanterelles and truffles à la crème
Tomato and mozzarella “Façon Caprese”
Thank you,
Everything you show hear is beautiful and prompts me to get int he kitchen and try.
Thank you very much for sharing your talents with all.
With respect
