Monaco Yacht Show

Last week we catered for a big event at the Monaco Yacht Show at the beautiful “Quai Antoine 1er” in Monaco. There was a pre event held a great venue with a spectacular view of the port, and then the main event was at a beautiful art gallery right in the harbour. All and all, it was around 300 guests and more than a thousand of canapés such as: Foie gras with red onion confit and caramelized fig, Baby asparagus tartar with lemon scented hollandaise and Swedish warm smoked salmon flakes, A spoon with fresh prawns, spring onion, avocadoc, chili and fresh berry vinaigrette, Gravlax tartar with citrus and dill cream cheese on dark rye bread, Aged Cantal boulettes with Akvavit and cayenne crunch etc. The event was a great success!
