Four Seasons Resort Provence at Terre Blanche

Yesterday we went for brunch with friends at the Four Seasons Resort Provence at Terre Blanche, which is a Golf and Spa Resort near Fayence. This time we just went for the brunch, but both the Spa and Golf are suppose to be great, so will definitely going to have to try this the next time.

I’ve been looking for a good brunch place, and it was my friend Caroline who recommended this one. The setting is gorgeous, both inside and outside and even though the weather was a bit so and so we could enjoy the brunch outside on the beautiful terrace.

There were mini verrines with smoked salmon, gazpacho, little salads and tartars, cold cuts and oysters for starters that we had with some Champagne, then main courses such as: salt baked whole fish, steak, potato gratin, ravioli with pesto and a huge cheese board with dried fruits, nuts and marmalades that we had with a crisp bottle of Pouilly Fumée. Oh, and the dessert buffet of course with mini tarte au citron, chocolate cake, mousse, fruit salads etc. And not to miss: the chef who made you your crêpe. As you can understand, my stomach was about to explode afterwards!
