International Luxury Travel Market, Cannes

IMGP7354Yesterday we were working for a client in Cannes for the International Luxury Travel Market which is a huge event for the global luxury travel community, held annually at the Palais des Festivals.

Each year it brings together the world’s most sought after collection of luxury experiences for the most picky international luxury travel buyers.
As for our client’s “Cocktail Dinatoire” we proposed our luxurious menu that included savory canapés such as: mini black Angus steak tartar with caperberries, Arancinis with green asparagus and white truffle oil from Alba, Mini Romain lettuce leafs with Ceasar salad and pancetta crisp, almond coated chèvre boulettes with honey and fresh rosmary, mini pissaladière with thyme and Niçoise olives and sweets as: dark chocolate and chili truffles, mini tarte au citron with wild strawberry mousse and a selection of macarons.

All while sipping Champagne and enjoying the beautiful Cannes sunset.
