MIPIM – Cannes

Just finished our busiest MIPIM ever; -6 lunches, 3 cocktail parties, 2 dinner parties and 1 breakfast during 4 days. We’ve been to different Yachts and Villas in Cannes and it has been non stop! But everything went really well, and all hard work and hours makes it all a little bit easier when you get e-mails like this from the yacht broker:

“Both were absolutely full of praise for your food and said that it was the best food they have ever had at a corporate event. They have been to a lot! They said it was so fresh and a wonderful variety of different textures and flavours! 

A big well done for all your hard work and superb food!”

Unfortunately I didn’t even have time to take photos from all the events, but here are from one of the cocktail parties at a Villa where they had canapés such as: Scandinavian Seafood salad spoons, Foie gras mousse with cloudberry, apple and chilli jam on pain d’épice, Elderberry cured salmon “Gravlax” with citrus cream cheese, mini “Pissaladière Niçoise” with olives and fresh thyme and asparagus Arancini with white truffle oil and seasalt which were incredibly popular:

    Wow, it looks so yummie that it makes you wanna live on canapés every day! Happy for you Malin that it all went so well. You’re worth each greeting and compliment!
