BBQ buffet

Last weekend I was working for some russian clients in a beautiful Villa in Biot. It was an afternoon pool party that started with some canapés and fresh fruit platters by the pool along with Champagne, Beluga Vodka and rosé wine. Then followed by a full on bbq buffet with an entrée/al fresco buffet with dishes such as; yellow gazpacho, burrata with multi coloured tomatoes and fresh basil oil, parma ham with melon, purple artichoke carpaccio, vitello tonnato and grilled vegetable salad. On the bbq there were mini fish parcels with lemon, chili and herb butter, whiskey marinated fillet of beef steaks, char sui marinated chicken fillet and gambas with garlic and chili. With this they had salads, potato paté and sauces. There was singing and accordion playing until early morning. One thing is for sure, the russians do know how to party!
