MIDEM Cannes

A few days ago it was time for the annually MIDEM congress in Cannes.

For a couple of days the international music industry gather in the Palais Festival for meetings, networking and concerts, and we had yet again the honour to provide the catering for the Nordic Area.

We served Danish “Smörrebröd” canapés with roastbeef, remoulade sauce and crispy onion, Norwegian cured salmon “Gravlax” with dill and lemon cream cheese and Northern mini wraps with wild chantarelle mushrooms and chive crème. The guests enjoyed the canapés along with some Champagne and beer whilst listnening to the winner of Eurovision song contest 2013.
