Christening lunch at the Swedish Church

A little while ago we made a lunch at the Swedish Church for a Christening.

As the baby’s name was Olivia, they asked us to decorate the tables with olive branches. It looked really nice and went well with our crossover Swedish/French Menu with Swedish specialties like; Seafood salad, Elderberry cured Gravlax, “Västerbotten” cheese and wild chanterelle mushroom tarte, as well as French/Mediterranean classics like foie gras, vitello tonnato, 4 coloured tomato and buffala mozzarella salad, fresh pasta al limone etc. And of course a huge cheese platter with our homemade marmalades.

After the lunch the guests enjoyed coffee and Pavlova cake with raspberry cream, fresh berries and fruit
