Easter Lunch

A few days ago we did a typical Mediterranean buffet lunch in an extraordinary penthouse appartement in Cannes. The guests enjoyed dishes like; melon and peach gazpacho with chili flakes, fresh purple artichoke carpaccio with lemon and parmesan, white truffle scented risotto with green asparagus, melon and parmaham, minced lamb beefs with rosemary, lemon and garlic, seared scallops in saffron and chili sauce with julienne vegetables, grilled involtini parmigiana,caprese salad and romain leafs with baby vegetables and chive dressing. And of course a selection of french and italian cheeses with our homemade chutneys.

For dessert we made a Pavlova cake with fresh fruit, and a lemon tarte with raspberry mousse and berries that we  served on their beautiful terrace overlooking Cannes.
