Dorade Royale

Dorade Royale is one of the tastiest fishes to put on the bbq if you ask me.

Stuff it with some garlic, lemon and fresh herbs, and leave it on the bbq for about 5 minutes on each side. Cooking it whole makes the meat super juicy and tender with an incredible taste from the bbq and the garlic and herbs.
I serve mine with crispy Provençale vegetables with thyme and rosemary fresh from the garden, a generous amount of seasalt and grilled lemons that you squeeze over your fish.
